Janelle’s got a way with blow outs, updos and Girls Scouts. Um, Girl Scouts? When Luxe recently hosted a Junior troop, Janelle enchanted the girls with tinsels, colored hair chalk and hair care tips. Then she went in for the kill, teaching them how to french braid each others hair for their “Taking Care of Me” Badge.
