Luxe Bridal Services
Thank you for considering Luxe Salon & Spa’s Wedding Team to work with you and your Bridal Party during this very important time in your life! We are very excited to make you look and feel your best! As a Luxe for the Bride client, we want you to know that we are here to make sure that everything goes smoothly and according to plan on your Wedding Day and that you look and feel your absolute best.
About Our Bridal Services:

- Because we know not every Bride is the same, we do not offer packages. Instead, we offer a 10% percent discount for three or more services purchased (example: hair, makeup, nails) in various departments all in one day (may not combine “Trial” and “Day Of” services).

- We charge more for Bridal because we spend more time with Brides and it is more of a specialty service.

- Our professionals have been trained to make sure that you look your best in front of a camera and your guests!

- Worried that all the fun will be over after your honeymoon? All Brides will receive $10 in Luxe Buxe and 15% off your services to keep you looking and feeling your best after the honeymoon!

- We are closed Sundays (we will open occasionally during the winter months) and Mondays, but open Tuesday—Thursday from 9am-9pm and Friday and Saturday from 9am-6pm.
Policies:
There is a 50% deposit required at booking for all services for Bridal, Special Occasion Styles, and Thermals. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS once the service is booked and paid.
All Bridal/Special Occasion Services are booked by the time required to perform this specialty service. These costs will be discussed in the Trial (or if no Trial at the time of Day Of appointment) and may not be mentioned or quoted exactly over the over the phone because we have not seen your hair or style in question. Hair that is thicker or longer, extra complicated styles, or brides, bridal party attendants or family members who are unsure of their style or who require extra time and attention will incur additional costs.
There is a 48-hour cancellation policy before the event. If the cancellation is before the 48 hour period, your deposit becomes an account credit that can be used for products and services at Luxe Salon and Spa. Within or after the 48-hour time period, the money is paid to the salon in full.
There are NO New Client Discounts on any Bridal Services for Brides or Bridal Parties; we will defer your New Client Discount for returning appointments after your Wedding. All Brides will receive $10 in Luxe Buxe and 15% off services after their honeymoon!
Luxe for the Bride on Location:
Luxe is available to come onsite to your wedding venue so long as it is within 20 miles of the salon or upon management approval. (NOTE: An additional charges may apply for approved venues past 20 miles.)
You must also have a minimum of four (4) attendants/bridal party members getting services.
There is a $50 Travel Fee per Luxe Professional (number of professionals will depend on type and number of services and will be discussed at booking).
There is a 50% deposit on all services upon booking. The deposit is non-refundable.
There is a 20% gratuity that is automatically applied via credit card on file the week of the event.
