Service Descriptions

Swedish. A gentle, soothing massage using minimal pressure to improve circulation and reduce everyday stress.

Deep Tissue. A full-body massage with detailed attention to specific muscle groups and fascia, while treating new and old injuries, increasing range of motion and reducing scar tissue.

Prenatal massage. A pampering massage therapy is for mothers-to-be designed to alleviate muscle tension and the aches and pains associated with pregnancy.

Reflexology. A foot therapy to trigger pressure points on the feet mirrored to the body’s organs and glands.  Reflexology helps open areas with tension and pain, while increasing circulation, and revitalizing energy. Extremely relaxing.

Lymphatic drainage. A gentle body treatment that encourages natural circulation and lymphatic flow. This extremely light and relaxing therapy aides in overall wellness and can also be used to promote relaxation and healing.

Craniosacral. This massage therapy comes from the word cranium, meaning head, and sacrum, meaning, end of spine.  Your therapist will use hands-on methods to relax the spine, giving relief from headaches, back pain and tension associated with chronic pain from stress and injuries.  This therapy works with a light touch.
